By downloading, installing, or using Cookd, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Cookd provides AI-assisted features for dating conversation support and related tools. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for what you send.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be old enough to use the app under applicable local law. Account access may require Google sign-in.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful behavior, harassment, or harm.
• Do not violate third-party platform terms.
• Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or overload services.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are processed through Google Play and payment partners. Fees, renewal, and cancellations follow store rules and disclosures.

6. Intellectual Property

The app and branding are owned by Cookd and licensors. You receive a limited, revocable personal-use license.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cookd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for policy or terms violations.
