Delete Account & Data — Cookd

Delete from inside the app

Open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete All My Data.

Delete via support request

If you cannot access your account, email tickets@cookd.p.tawk.email from your account email and request account deletion.

Data deleted

• Account profile information associated with your Cookd account.
• Chat assistance history and related generated reply records.
• Profile tool records submitted for audits/optimization.
• App preferences associated with your account.

Data that may be retained

• Limited billing and transaction records where required for financial compliance.
• Minimal security and fraud-prevention logs for legal obligations.

Deletion timeline

We aim to process deletion requests promptly and generally within 30 days.
