Our commitment

Cookd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the production, distribution, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexual exploitation of minors. We prohibit use of our services for any activity that endangers or sexualizes minors.

What Cookd is

Cookd is an AI-assisted tool for adults to draft dating-related messages. It is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Cookd is not a social network for unsupervised minor-to-minor communication; we do not operate public feeds or direct messaging between users inside the app in the way a traditional social or dating platform might.

Prevention and enforcement

• We design and market the app for adults and apply age-appropriate store and in-product positioning.
• We prohibit content and conduct that violates these standards in connection with our service.
• We take reports seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include account action, content removal where applicable, preservation of records as required by law, and referral to competent authorities when warranted.

Reporting concerns

If you become aware of CSAE, CSAM, grooming of minors, or similar harm in connection with Cookd or content processed through our service, contact us immediately:

You can also reach support from inside the app via Settings (email support), using a subject line such as “Child safety report” and including relevant details we can use to investigate (without sharing illegal material).

Cooperation with authorities

Where required by applicable law, we will report to appropriate regional or national authorities and cooperate with law enforcement in good faith. We do not permit use of Cookd to evade detection of crimes against children.
